The Zen Garden is designed for those who want a simple, high-quality base near the sea. Whether you are here to spend the day on the water or just want a private, beautiful space to disconnect, the house provides a calm atmosphere and plenty of room to breathe.

To maintain a peaceful environment for all our guests, The Zen Garden is reserved for adults and older teens only.
A large, private garden wraps around the house, catching the last light of the day and offering quiet corners to pause between sea and home.
The House
We have recently finished a complete refurbishment of the entire property. Everything is new—from the beds and furniture to the paint and decor.
Designed as a calm, functional base near the sea, every detail has been considered for comfort, from morning coffee to late-night films in the garden.
The Layout
The ground floor is open and bright, with easy flow between the kitchen, dining, and garden. Upstairs, a dedicated lounge and bathroom offer a separate sanctuary for quiet mornings, work, or late-night reading.
The Tech
Every room is equipped with a new Smart TV, ready for your own streaming accounts. High-speed Wi‑Fi is available throughout the house, making it easy to stay connected— or to switch everything off and enjoy the quiet.
The Garden
The highlight of the property is the extensive garden: a large, private green space with an outdoor cinema for movie nights under the stars and a jacuzzi for unwinding after a day at the beach.

Rates & Seasons
Prices are based on average nightly rates for the area. We require a 2‑night minimum stay (3 nights during Peak Summer).
Rates are indicative and may vary slightly by specific dates and availability. We'll always confirm your exact total before you book.

How extras work
You can add these options when you book or closer to your arrival date. We'll confirm availability and final pricing with your reservation.
Jacuzzi access is charged once per stay, regardless of length, and covers heating and maintenance.
